The L&Q Communications Team is looking for an experienced and passionate communicator to provide communications support to our Property Services directorate. This is a vital role at the heart of the business, which includes communicating to residents about our £3bn investment drive to improve the quality, safety and environmental efficiency of their homes, our social value commitment to making a lasting impact in communities, and our work to improve our repairs and maintenance services.
Reporting into the Senior Communications Business Partner, you will act as the link between Property Services and our 35-strong Communications Department, which includes external affairs, internal communications, resident communications and brand and digital functions.
You will work closely with our senior management team and act as an integrated and trusted communications advisor, leading proactive planning and coordinating the delivery of internal, external and resident facing communications which generate positive publicity for L&Q.
The ideal candidate for this role will be experienced in planning and delivering engaging multi-channel communications in a large, complex, fast paced organisation. You will have well developed interpersonal skills and a proven track record in developing collaborative relationships with colleagues at all levels. An excellent copywriter, you will also be proficient at producing, editing and proofing written copy for diverse audiences and developing a range of engaging collateral from printed materials to digital content.
