Description
- Receiving and registering samples
- Maintaining records and ensuring quality control
- Assembling kits for internal testing
- Extracting DNA from various biological sources (blood, buccal cells, saliva)
- Managing inventory and procuring reagents and consumables
- Preparing samples for the Sperm Aneuploidy Test (SAT)
- Performing PCR and minisequencing in the wet lab
- Conducting Next Generation Sequencing using the Life Technologies platform in the wet lab
- Performing Karyomapping in the wet lab
