  • Source and screen candidates for temporary industrial roles across warehouse and logistics.
  • Manage and update candidate databases and job boards effectively.
  • Conduct phone and face-to-face interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring high levels of engagement and availability.
  • Liaise with clients to understand resourcing needs and deliver a consistent pipeline of quality workers.
  • Handle compliance checks including right-to-work documents, references, and onboarding paperwork.
  • Assist in managing shift schedules, absence cover, and last-minute bookings.
  • Ensure all placements are compliant with employment and agency regulations.

Key Requirements
