Duties and responsibilities related to the Pastry Chef de Partie role

  • Ensure that all pastries and desserts are prepared to the highest standards, following the restaurant\’s recipes and guidelines.
  • Monitor the quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation.
  • Manage inventory for the pastry section, including ordering supplies and maintaining appropriate stock levels.
