A leading UK wide health education charity, requires an interim Media and Communications Manager to help an support the Marketing and Communications Director formulate and embed the 2017 media strategy.

This charity strives to educate people about the harms of of substance misuse and as Interim Media and Communications Manager you will promote the charity\’s work across the UK taking responsibility for all media, PR, stakeholder engagement and internal communications as well as managing a team of 2.

As this role is being recruited on initial a 3 month basis, it is essential that the successful candidate has experience of working in a very proactive environment at a national level, coupled with line management and developing communication plans and strategy. Experience of public health issues would be advantageous but not essential.

This time of year is extremely busy for the charity, therefore they are looking to appoint ASAP. Please do not delay in making an application. Part-time candidates will be considered.
