We help everyday runners become outstanding by providing world-class training, coaching and community for everyone, whether you\’re improving your 5k time or training for your first marathon. To date we have built iOS, Android and Apple watch apps that help people achieve their goals by coaching them through the full journey and syncing to their favourite fitness devices.
We’re growing extremely fast! in November 2023 we closed a $6.5M funding round led by JamJar with participation from Eka Ventures, Venrex and Creator Ventures. In 2024, we were selected by Apple as one of three global finalists for the2024 iPhone App of the Year , reflecting the innovation and impact of what we’ve built & now in 2025 we have just been acquired by Strava !

The Role
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and creative Community Management Associate to join our team remotely from London (or nearby)! As a key player in our growing Community Management and Social teams, you’ll help shape how we connect with runners across social platforms and our app.
You’ll help us celebrate our amazing Runna customers, identify viral trends, and respond to our community with personality and flair. This is a perfect role for someone who loves running, lives on social media, and wants to be part of a fast-growing brand with purpose.
What You\’ll Be Doing
- Engage with our Runna community on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Strava, and our In-App Community
- Support with daily operations of the Community and Social teams:
- Engaging with users
- Reposting and celebrating runner milestones
- Community outreach
- Supporting race and event communications
- Maintaining smooth internal processes
Role Details
- Part-Time (20 hours/week) – with potential to increase in the future in accordance with business needs
- Shifts will be scheduled as a combination of 8 hour and/or 4 hour working days across the week/weekend
- Weekend availability required (Saturdays and/or Sundays)
- Fully remote (must be based in UK – close proximity to London preferred)
- Pay: £15.00 per hour (weekdays), £20.00 per hour (weekends)
- Start date: ASAP
- Must have the right to work in the UK
- You love engaging with people and creating buzz across social platforms
- Fluent in current social trends
- Strong copywriting and communication skills
- You’re highly organized, creative and proactive
- A personable and empathetic communicator
- Attention to detail and an eagerness to make the community experience amazing
- Bonus: You’re a confident runner or have experience with the running/fitness space

Once our team is in place, we’ll be encouraging one associate to take ownership of TikTok engagement/Community Management and the other to lean into Instagram engagement/Community Management (alongside other responsibilities).
