We’re supporting a leading professional services firm in their search for a Compliance Analyst to join their growing Risk & Compliance team. Based in a collaborative and supportive environment, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys a process driven environment, working independently, and being part of a wider mission to uphold operational integrity. To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials: Strong analytical skills and the ability to review information with a critical eye High attention to detail and strong organisational skills Clear, professional communication skills — both verbal and written A proactive, self-starting attitude with a willingness to collaborate and share ideas Comfortable working independently and managing priorities Previous experience in a professional services or compliance-related role is desirable Within this position, you’ll also be: Inputting data into internal and external databases Cross referencing data to identify potential conflicts and making recommendations on whether the firm can proceed with new work Liaising with third-party organisations to ensure compliance with membership or regulatory obligations Supporting wider client onboarding and compliance activities (full training provided) Assisting the team with audit readiness and certification support where needed Hours and salary 21 hours per week – ideally Tuesday to Thursday but open to other working patterns £28,000 FTE 25 days holiday (pro rata) Well being initiatives Excellent pension Talk Staff Recruitment is an established division of Talk Staff Group and works with companies throughout the East Midlands and UK with roles including many areas such as: Accountancy & Finance, Human Resources, Marketing, Contact Centre and Office Support.
