Contracts Manager We are looking for an experienced M&E Contracts Manager to work for one the UK’s largest building services maintenance providers looking after a mixed portfolio of commercial property contracts across the Midlands. You will need to have a strong understanding of running modern multi-client commercial maintenance contracts from the perspective of a maintenance service provider. The contracts have been mobilised; the maintenance service teams have been appointed and there is already on board a well-established team of M&E HVAC engineers and supervisors who are a mixture of static and mobile. * Contracts Manager (Have worked on technical accounts before, have managed engineers / administrators directly, and is well versed in stakeholder/financial management) * Salary: Up to £65K subject to experience * Company Car or Car Allowance * Working Hours: M-F (Apply online only). Flexibility to work from home as planned and business need * Location: 40 mile radius around Northampton * Reports to: Business Unit Director * Holidays: 25 Days + 8 BH Duties of the Contracts Manager * Manage the performance of the Maintenance Service Teams * Ensuring SLA’s and KPI’s are on target. * Develop a rapport with the key client stakeholders through professional engagement. * Identify additional revenue streams through projects and contract enhancements. * Produce monthly reports and attend monthly client meetings. * Maintain a regular and frequent site presence. A Contracts Manager with an M&E Background and Experience * Commercial Site Management or Contract Management * M&E Facilities Management experience with a Contract background. * Strong Client facing skills. * Good grasp of P&L * Building Services is not essential but experience within Electrical or Mechanical systems from another background would. * Team builder and motivator * Good Networker, strong organiser, and multi-tasker. You will be working very closely with the Regional Account Director so it will be a close management unit. Your role as the new ContractS Manager is to continue to develop the client relationship and drive up the efficiency and profitability, you will also take responsibility for the full P&L of the portfolio. You will also personally benefit financially by increasing the profitability of your division.
