Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive – £30–35k DOE – Hertfordshire / Hybrid (2-3 days in the office)
We’re hiring a Digital Marketing Executive to join a small, fast-moving performance marketing agency working on one of the fastest-growing entertainment brands in the US.
This is a great opportunity if you’ve got 1–2 years’ experience across paid social and digital platforms and are looking for more ownership, autonomy and variety in your role.
You’ll be part of a small, collaborative team where your ideas matter and you’ll get to work across TikTok, Meta, Google and more, helping to drive performance at scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch and optimise paid social campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok and Google
- Create engaging, on-trend content and assets
- Monitor and report on campaign performance
- Help build and grow audience strategies based on data
- Collaborate with content and creative teams to align messaging
- Bring new ideas to the table – test, learn and adapt
What we’re looking for:
- 1–2 years\’ digital marketing experience across paid channels (agency or in-house)
- Comfortable with campaign setup, optimisation and performance tracking
- A creative mindset and strong feel for trends
- Analytical – happy in spreadsheets and tools like Google Analytics or Power BI
- Proactive, driven and keen to grow
