As theTeam Lead, System Enablement Specialist , you will oversee a team focused on the development and maintenance of enablement documentation for IS-owned systems and tools. IS Systems Enablement is also responsible for delivering training initiatives that drive effective system adoption across the organization.
What You\’ll Be Doing
- Partner with IS PM leadership to ensure successful enablement on high impact IS projects & initiatives
- Ensure consistent execution of the playbook to meet stakeholder needs throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of system enablement specialists, ensuring high performance and engagement.
- Provide adoption metrics to cross functional leadership to highlight areas of improvement and enforce enablement.
- Provide regular project status updates to leadership and ensure adherence to deadlines.
- Engage with cross-functional stakeholders to share team updates, exchange feedback, and align on priorities.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that encourages innovation and knowledge sharing.

- Leadership & Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of system enablement specialists, ensuring high performance and engagement.
- Set clear objectives, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations to support the professional development of team members.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that encourages innovation and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IS, Product, etc.) to identify and address system needs and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, playbooks, and best practices to standardize processes across the organization.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope.
- Develop project plans, allocate resources, and track progress, while proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
- Communicate project status, updates, and challenges to stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to translate business requirements into system enhancements.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their needs and providing solutions that align with business objectives.
- Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and onboarding for end-users to maximize the adoption and utilization of systems.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and improvement, leveraging data analysis and industry best practices.
- Lead initiatives to implement new tools, technologies, or systems that enhance operational capabilities.
- Monitor system performance and user feedback to drive continuous optimization and ensure high availability and reliability.

- Proven experience in managing teams (1 year+), with a focus on coaching, mentoring, and driving continuous improvement
- Exceptional organisation skills as well as ability to adapt quickly

- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to anticipating challenges and driving solutions
