Operations Controller | London | Permanent
Salary: £26,770 – £37,681 (Depending on experience)
Hours: 40 hours per week
Shifts: Monday to Friday, anytime between 07:00 and 19:00.

We are seeking a committed Operations Controller to join our London team. You will manage courier resources, support the Service Centre Manager, and ensure efficient operations aligned with customer SLAs and safety standards.
Main responsibilities include:
- Effective communication with couriers regarding workload.
- Monitoring jobs to completion, prioritizing key clients.
- Maintaining Service Level Agreements.
- Informing clients and colleagues of delays or issues.
- Managing fleet levels, especially during peak times.
- Supporting courier onboarding and compliance.
