Job Title: Repro Operator/ Retoucher Location: Manchester Hours: 40hrs per week o Mon – Fri (8am-5pm) Holidays: 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays) Salary: Dependent On Experience About my Client: They are a well-established brand design agency that specialises in all areas of packaging production. Their independent technology and industry-leading software tools have pushed them to the forefront of pre-press agencies. Key responsibilities of a Repro Operator/ Retoucher: Ensures high-quality standards in all production client deliverables. Ensures accurate, consistent, and timely completion of high quality basic to intermediate or complex level artwork, effectively using industry standard software, tools, and print techniques. Performs assigned tasks within the overall Production workflow work to required specifications, industry and company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP\’s), and the client\’s brand guidelines and standards. Deliver high-quality Reprographics to printer specification Flexo and colour retouch to client targets and standards. Additional duties as assigned. Experience required for a Repro Operator/ Retoucher: Experience in a pre-press, or related field required; or an equivalent combination of education and experience Proficient computer software skills within Apple Mac equipment and operating systems, plus Illustrator, Photoshop etc. High degree of proficiency MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organisation. Ability to work well within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment. Self-motivated with critical attention to detail and deadlines.
