Role Description

  • Manage the delivery process of allocated campaigns.
  • Work closely with Planners and Buyers to ensure efficiency, making sure the correct and relevant information is provided and resolve any issues/queries that may arise.
  • Liaise with the Finance department to ensure all campaign spends are correct and provide final monthly campaign amounts.
  • Run reports on Postman (rapport booking system) as and when needed.
  • Key Responsibilities

    Campaign management:

  • Data input of all campaigns for allocated agencies (Initiative Media, U.M, etc.)
  • Chasing paperwork and data from Planning and Buying and from external suppliers.
  • Reconciling budget with spend.
  • Verifying delivery.
  • Providing site schedules.
  • Provide Auditing data to buyers and planners when needed.
  • Chasing artwork progress and issuing design instructions to relevant media owners.
  • Organising the despatch of posters from the central warehouse facility.
  • Instructing suppliers about poster deliveries, design instruction & special requirements.
  • Desired Skills & Experience

    You will need to have excellent attention to detail and be capable of managing your workload. The role requires confidence in communicating with people at all levels as you will have daily contact with colleagues (face to face) and with suppliers (by phone and e-mail).

    Knowledge of the following packages is necessary: Outlook, Word, Excel.

    Training will be given on our in-house database system.
