We are looking for a talented analyst in London to join a new and dynamic global team within the Group Enterprise Risk Management (“ERM”) team. If you have a passion for banking, fintech or payments, this could be a great opportunity for you.

As a Group Enterprise Risk Analyst, you will help the organisation to mitigate risks arising from processes, people and systems and make a significant business impact by performing risk assessments for various business units within Paysafe Group. The analyst will be working with and learning from Senior members of the Group ERM team in driving the global enterprise risk agenda.

How we work:

We follow a hybrid working model, spending an average of three days per week at our office location. The office is located in Gresham Street next to St Paul’s cathedral with easy access and transport links via St Paul’s, Bank, Cannon Street, City Thameslink, Liverpool Street, Farringdon, Mansion House.

The impact you will have:

  • Supporting Senior members of the Group ERM team in driving the ERM agenda;
  • Support product, outsourcing and commercial risks assessments; and root cause analysis resulting from operational incidents;
  • Support the maintenance of the firm’s risk registers and Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) system;
  • Submission of reports to Regulators (for example the Financial Conduct Authority, the Central Bank of Ireland, ACPR, the Financial Investigation Unit of Argentina, etc.);
  • Point of contact about regulatory reporting, regulators queries and correspondence;

What we’re looking for:

  • At a minimum a bachelor’s degree with 2.1 level qualification preferred in Business, Finance, Accounting, IT or equivalent field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a plus
  • Excellent oral and written communication skill
  • A demonstrable interest and desire to work in fintech
