Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients and reach out via calls, emails, and in-person visits if required
- Present and promote the platform, highlighting its benefits and features
- Be the frontline in building the agent client base for the platform in line with company targets
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Successfully create business from new customer accounts
- Guide clients through the signup process and ensure successful onboarding
- Work closely with the founder and development team to craft the Sales strategy for the business
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful scalability
- Identify and close market opportunities, both strategically and tactically
- Analyse data and trends to determine sales performance
Skills and Experience:
- Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
- Proven experience in sales, business development or similar role
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach
- IT proficient including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sale tracking software is a plus
Two minute walk from Camden station and Regent\’s Park
- Salary between £25,000 – £30,000 per year basic
- Monthly commission and bonuses
- Four weeks holiday (not including bank holidays)
- Health insurance
- Monday to Friday, based in the office
