o Create and execute a robust content strategy that speaks to key audiences, supports sales conversations, and builds brand authority.
o Ensure all messaging aligns with the brand tone of voice and is consistent across all touchpoints.
o Manage the upkeep, optimisation and performance of Codestone’s website, social media channels and other digital platforms.
o Ensure all digital channels support brand visibility, lead generation, and customer engagement objectives.
o Own and optimise the marketing technology stack (e.g. HubSpot and integrated tools) to enable scalable, insight-driven marketing execution.
o Work closely with Sales, Product and Client Success to ensure messaging is aligned, ICP targeting is effective, and GTM activity is cohesive.
o Translate customer and market insight into marketing strategies and tactics that drive commercial outcomes.

o Build, manage, and develop an agile marketing team, setting clear goals, standards, and development plans.
o Create a high-performance culture with clear accountability and delivery focus.
o Lead by example in ensuring clear, proactive communication both internally and externally, acting as a visible ambassador for the brand and aligning teams around shared marketing and wider company OKRs.
You will bring these key competencies to the role:
