Responsibilities:
- Lead recruitment processes for freelance data professionals, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide recruitment solutions.
- Utilize various sourcing methods to identify top freelance data talent across Europe.
- Advise clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions.
- Collaborate with internal teams for a seamless recruitment experience.
- Support growth of the division and manage an existing team of recruiters.
- Work with L&D to ensure ongoing training and development.
- Conduct monthly reviews with team members for growth.

Qualifications:
