You will source, attract, and place top freelance data professionals across Europe and support a team of recruiters. Responsibilities:

  • Lead recruitment processes for freelance data professionals, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide recruitment solutions.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods to identify top freelance data talent across Europe.
  • Advise clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for a seamless recruitment experience.
  • Support growth of the division and manage an existing team of recruiters.
  • Work with L&D to ensure ongoing training and development.
  • Conduct monthly reviews with team members for growth.
  • Seek new talent and work with the Talent function for onboarding.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years in technology recruitment, focusing on freelance data market.
  • 1-2 years managing or mentoring a recruitment team.
  • Strong knowledge of European data technologies.
  • Proven success in sourcing and placing freelance data professionals in Europe.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.
  • Bachelor\’s degree or equivalent preferred.
