Established Consultancy firm based in London requires an experienced Marketing and Communications Manager to join the business at an exciting time of growth.
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Marketing Manager to oversee our marketing and communication efforts. The focus of this role will be on event management, social media, content marketing and internal communications. The ideal candidate will have a passion for developing and executing effective marketing and communication strategies that drive engagement, brand awareness and growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute integrated marketing and communication strategies that align with business objectives and target audience
- Manage and oversee all aspects of event planning and execution, including budgeting, planning and logistics
- Develop and implement social media strategies that drive engagement and support brand messaging across all platforms
- Create and manage content marketing initiatives, including blog posts, email campaigns, and multimedia content
- Develop and execute internal communication strategies that promote company culture and employee engagement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, to ensure alignment of marketing and communication efforts
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing and communication roles
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The role will suit individuals currently working as Marketing and Communications Manager, Marcoms Manager, Event Manager, Marketing Manager, Digital Marketing Manager, or similar, and be living within a commutable distance of London or willing to relocate.
