As the Customer Success Manager, you\’ll become involved in key projects that drive actionable insights for our clients. You can expect a strong collaboration with the Director, Customer Success to ensure project quality and timely delivery, in addition to interacting daily with clients. You\’ll have the opportunity to improve and automate our processes along the way and to provide mentoring to Implementation Specialists and System Analysts.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Take ownership of designing, delivering and deploying projects end-to-end for customers alongside the wider Customer Success and Delivery teams in greater Europe
- Build long-term relationships with customers to technically scope projects, derisk and execute on projects
- Work cross-functionally and directly with clients to identify innovative solutions to complex problems using systems configuration and data manipulation
- Build reports and dashboards for effective data analytics and tracking, and ensure Neara\’s system is adapted to client\’s requirements.
- Create efficient workflows for delivery projects with a focus on automation, ensuring efficient handling of large datasets
- Identify and prioritize improvements to improve a project\’s speed
- Finalise Quality Checks on the digital twin and identify areas requiring reconfiguring in line with relevant data sets where necessary
- Analyze client requests or issues (specific to delivery/presales projects) and identify new innovative opportunities for that implementation project.
WHO YOU ARE
- Degree in Mathematics / Statistics, Computer Science or Engineering
- Experience working in a consulting firm is preferred
- Experience with programming concepts (Python or similar)
- Industry experience in electric utilities or similar is preferred
- Strong problem solving skills with the ability to frequently interact with customers
- Proven experience of system implementations, integrations, technical project delivery
