Position Overview
As Sales Leader in the Healthcare sector, you will lead and inspire a team of 8 sales professionals focused on delivering MRI’s suite of Estates and Facilities Management, CAFM, Lease Management, Energy Management, and Space Management solutions to the UK Healthcare sector. You will support the team in driving new revenue, nurture key relationships, and ensure the team exceeds ambitious growth targets in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
This individual will ideally have at least three years’ experience actively managing a team of Account Managers and Sales Executives. The right candidate will be an excellent relationship builder with a passion for the Healthcare sector while embracing customer centricity, customer retention and strategic sales growth. Experience selling enterprise software solutions is a must and knowledge of the Property Management and / or Facilities Management sector would be highly advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Managing a team of 8 Account Managers and Account Executives – hire, manage and develop individuals to exceed their sales and client satisfaction objectives.
- Engaging with clients and internal teams to maximise strategic growth opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed all quarterly and annual fiscal targets and objectives.
- Represent the company at relevant trade shows seminars and conferences.
- Produce timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports as and when required
- Manage the Healthcare team pipeline of opportunities across the business
- Encourage, support and manage the team to upsell and cross sell strategic products and solutions across their assigned account base.
- Organise regular product training sessions to ensure the team is up to date on all products and solutions
- Develop mutually beneficial relationships with C-Level decision-makers, influencers and key stakeholders to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, customer retention and account development.
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and customer-centricity within the team.
- Determine ongoing requirements to meet clients changing business needs and gain support for investment with product management and development teams.
- Assist in the winning of additional new business by providing market intelligence, testimonials and case studies from existing customers and by identifying suitable reference sites.
- Work closely with other departments within the business such as Marketing, Development and GPS to deliver value for Healthcare clients.
- Ensure Salesforce is updated daily to reflect all sales and account activity.
