Job Description

Junior Administrator

Location: Perth or South Queensferry

Category: Commercial

Full Time / Permanent, 40 Hours per week, Mon-Fri

Our Company:

BEAR Scotland is a leading road maintenance and management service provider in Scotland, maintaining and improving Scottish Motorways and Trunk Roads including bridges and structures through some of the most scenic, but challenging, parts of the country.

We have an exciting opportunity, for a Junior Administrator to join the Commercial Team. The successful candidate will aid with the logging of valuation records, producing procurement documents and administering measurement data.

Job Responsibilities:

Include, but not limited to the following:

Data input of measurement and valuation data

Production of Purchase Orders / SubContract Documentation

Reviewing Timesheets and input of records to valuation software

Administering databases holding procurement frameworks

Additional Tasks as set out by your line manager

Here’s What You Will Need: 

A good standard of school education

Working towards HNC, or similar, in Business Administration (or similar) or looking to in the future

Excellent IT skills

Good working knowledge of Microsoft applications in particular, Excel, and preferably Dynamics (but not essential)

To be good team player.

Able to act on own initiative.
