Our services touch every single person at the firm, from ID checks to building access, workspace comfort, and cafeteria services. Organization Structure
Corporate and Workplace Solutions comprises:
- Workplace Experience: End-to-end real estate services, including Facilities Management, Hospitality, Document Management, Ground Transportation, Events, Client & Production Engineering, Real Estate Strategy, Development, and Capital Management.
- The Office of Global Security: Managing personnel protection, physical security, fire safety, and crisis management, including Risk and Health & Safety departments.
- Regional Office Leadership: Supporting regional strategies in Dallas and Salt Lake City.
- Chief Operating Officer (COO): Overseeing division functions, including CWS Management and Engineering, supporting real estate, facilities, safety, security, and analytics.
Team & Role Overview
The Property Management team manages daily operations of owned and leased real estate across the Americas, focusing on enhancing workplace experience, service delivery, and process standards. The position reports to the EMEA Head of Property Management and involves:
- Building relationships with stakeholders
- Issue resolution and operational improvements
- Data analytics for building operations
- Cost-effective property management strategies
- Risk management and vendor oversight
- Budget management
- Design standards and FF&E coordination
- Project management for fit-outs and upgrades
- Real estate planning and capital project support
- Operational performance monitoring
