Eeze is a fast-growing iGaming provider looking to expand its operations in the European market. We design, develop, and deliver immersive live casino games tailored to your brand and its audience.
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Technical Project Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex technical projects within the iGaming sector, demonstrating a deep understanding of software development lifecycles, agile methodologies, and the unique challenges and opportunities within online gaming. You will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, ensuring the successful delivery of our technical initiatives from conception to deployment.
This role requires fluent Chinese proficiency (spoken and written) to communicate effectively with stakeholders, partners, and development teams in Europe and Asian markets.
You will be responsible for:
- Collaborate with leadership to plan and execute game development projects within the iGaming domain.
- Act as the primary point of contact between technical teams and other departments (e.g., design, platform operations, compliance, marketing) to ensure alignment on deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for iGaming projects, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Assess technical tasks for accurate resourcing and timeline estimation, particularly for iGaming product releases or platform enhancements.
- Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and blockers to maintain project momentum, considering iGaming specific challenges like regulatory changes or game release cycles.
- Facilitate cross-team communication, ensuring technical efforts meet business needs and compliance requirements.
- Utilise project management tools to track progress and provide transparent reporting for all projects.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Technical Project Manager within the iGaming industry is essential. This must include a strong understanding of iGaming platforms, games, payment systems, and regulatory frameworks.
- Solid understanding of the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) and various project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall), and tools (e.g. Jira, Trello)
- Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese (spoken & written); strong English communication.
- Demonstrable experience leading and delivering complex technical projects from end-to-end.
- Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, architecture, and design with engineering teams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience managing global or multi-regional projects
