Location: Enfield (with travel to client sites as required)
Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Salary: Up to £55k per annum
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team. Based in Enfield and working across client sites, the Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex fire safety projects-ensuring they meet compliance standards, stay within budget, and align with client expectations. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, and will be confident working across multiple functions to drive performance and maintain high service standards.
What You\’ll Be Doing
Lead multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring compliance with Passive Fire, FRA, and organisational standards
Schedule and coordinate engineers\’ workloads, materials, and site logistics to avoid delays
Provide technical leadership on compliance-related tasks and support teams with complex issues
Represent the company in client and regulatory meetings, advising on compliance and project progress
Manage interactions with residents, resolving any escalated concerns or issues
Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates on risks, progress, and deliverables
Lead client meetings, present reports and recommendations, and foster long-term relationships
Work with Contracts Managers to align delivery with contract obligations and expectations
Input and manage project data using internal workflow and reporting systems
Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring quality and efficiency
Monitor and mitigate project risks to avoid compliance failures and delivery delays
Oversee documentation and reporting for internal and external stakeholders
Support Contract Managers in financial forecasting, material planning, and KPI delivery
Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with contracts and health & safety regulations
Mentor and support team members to create a high-performance culture
Drive continuous improvement by implementing performance strategies and post-project reviews
Ensure all projects maintain compliance with FRA, H&S standards, and industry regulations
What We\’re Looking For
Previous experience managing FRA and passive fire safety projects
Strong understanding of health & safety and regulatory compliance
Proven ability to develop RAMS and manage project documentation
Strong budget and KPI management skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage clients, teams, and stakeholders
Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to quality
Relevant industry qualifications such as:
NEBOSH General Certificate
Level 3 Fire Safety Qualification
Up-to-date ECS/CSCS card
Experience with workflow/project management systems and digital reporting tools
Familiarity with ISO standards in fire safety and compliance
