About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales & Procurement Manager – South UK with a salary range of £X – £Y per annum plus bonus. The successful candidate will lead supply chain and stores functions across multiple aviation sites, focusing on procurement strategy, inventory oversight, aircraft parts sales, and compliance with aviation regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead and motivate Stores & Procurement teams across multiple locations.
  2. Manage procurement, inventory planning, and supplier relations.
  3. Oversee aircraft teardown, preservation, and resale of parts.
  4. Ensure regulatory compliance (Part X) across all stores and processes.
  5. Liaise with suppliers, customers, and logistics partners.
  6. Monitor stock levels, tooling calibration, and documentation accuracy.
  7. Support facilities maintenance and documentation.
  8. Optimize logistics operations including customs and freight handling.
  9. Conduct audits, supplier reviews, and site visits.
  10. Drive continuous improvement in supply chain performance.

  • Excellent planning, organization, and analytical skills.
  • Aviation experience or knowledge of Part regulations (a plus).
