A well-established and growing specialist contractor within the light gauge steel sector is seeking an experienced Pre-Construction Manager to join their team in Stockton-on-Tees . This is a key strategic role within the business, focused on managing the front-end of project delivery and supporting continued growth in the offsite and modular construction space.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage pre-construction activities from tender through to contract award.

Oversee design coordination, value engineering, programming, and technical submissions.

Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are understood and achievable.

Work closely with estimating and commercial teams to support cost planning and bid submissions.

Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies in early project stages.

Requirements:
