Salary: $100,000 + Benefits.

Location: Remote – US Based (with occasional travel for client or team meetings)

About Threecolts:Threecolts builds powerful tools that help ecommerce sellers thrive — from tactical arbitrage to smart repricing and everything in between. Our flagship suite, Seller 365, bundles the most trusted solutions for Amazon sellers and SMBs, helping them streamline operations, improve margins, and scale with confidence. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Growth Marketing Lead to own and scale our marketing engine — with a sharp focus on PLG, experimentation, and conversion.

The Role

We’re looking for someone who knows Walmart’s deductions process like the back of their hand. If you’ve worked at Walmart or for a supplier, have run recovery audits, and know how to get things through APDP and OPARTI, this role is for you.

You’ll be jumping right in. We already have active dispute files that need your help—and the results of your work will be felt immediately. This is a high-priority role with big impact and high visibility.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end process for Walmart-related deductions, including identification, investigation, documentation, and submission via the APDP platform.
  • Provide hands-on expertise in the OPARTI workflow, guiding both internal teams and clients through each step to ensure accurate and timely dispute submissions.
  • Advise brand partners on Walmart deduction management best practices, including documentation standards, dispute timelines, and internal escalation protocols.
  • Analyze deduction data to identify patterns, recurring issues, and root causes. Translate findings into actionable recommendations to improve recovery rates and prevent future losses.
  • Build and maintain detailed playbooks, templates, and SOPs to standardize Walmart-related dispute resolution practices across the organization.
  • Partner with Product, Operations, and Customer Success teams to optimize service delivery and enhance client outcomes.
  • Serve as a key contact for clients and internal stakeholders, providing guidance and updates on active Walmart disputes and resolution performance.
  • Support internal training and onboarding by sharing platform knowledge, tactical insights, and real-world examples.
  • Contribute to business growth by improving dispute win rates, reducing client revenue leakage, and helping shape our Walmart recovery services offering.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience handling Walmart-related deductions, shortage claims, compliance disputes, or post-audit recovery, ideally from within Walmart or a key supplier.
  • Deep expertise in Walmart’s APDP platform and the OPARTI process, with the ability to manage cases end-to-end and coach others through the workflow.
  • Proven ability to recover revenue by resolving invalid deductions, including compliance fines and post-audit claims.
  • Skilled in analyzing deduction data to uncover trends, identify root causes, and recommend preventative strategies.
  • Able to work independently on complex issues while maintaining clear communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical processes into clear guidance for non-experts.
  • Experienced in developing process documentation and internal playbooks to support team training and operational consistency.
  • Solid understanding of Walmart’s compliance programs and deduction categories, including supporting documentation standards.
  • Familiar with deduction recovery tools such as SupplyPike, iNymbus, or similar platforms.
  • Comfortable working in a multi-client or consulting environment, managing shifting priorities and delivering consistent results.
