We’re looking for a talented and open-minded Brand Manager to join our team, based in Bloomsbury, central London. As a key member of our department, you’ll play a vital role in shaping, growing and elevating our Masterbrand, individual hotel brands and our various F&B outlets. This is an exciting and varied role working in a face-paced, bustling hotel environment, which requires a flexible approach, brilliant communication skills and excellent attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be super-organised with a proven track record in harnessing creativity – in both thinking and design.

We are Imperial London Family of Hotels, a family-run company dedicated to rewriting the traditional hospitality mindset. We operate 8 hotels and 9 restaurants in the heart of Bloomsbury, London, and we believe that great hospitality starts with the right people. With many new adventures in our midst, such as the opening of Imperial Hotel – an elevated lifestyle hotel, we are looking for someone to come on board and bring their branding expertise to support us in our next chapter!

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Proven experience working in similar roles within the hospitality industry or equivalent (consumer-focused).
  • Degree or equivalent degree in marketing/brand management, a related field or proven equivalent experience within a similar professional role.
  • Strong digital and technical skills in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • A background in branding, marketing or related field.
  • Strong ability to develop and execute creative briefs working with our internal Design Studio.
  • Team player who thrives in a creative and fast paced environment.
  • Experience in both physical and digital marketing, graphic design, copy writing, content creation and brand building.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Highly self-motivated and confident whilst being humble and a team player.
  • Resourceful, methodical, reasoned and decisive.
  • Enthusiastic and proactive, with excellent time management and organisational skills.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Working alongside a small but busy Design Studio to produce print and digital assets.
  • Maintaining brand consistency across all touchpoints by being a brand guardian to maintain standards and progress the hotels and master brand.
  • Managing relationships with multiple stakeholders at all levels of the business internally and externally.
  • Managing brand projects from inception to delivery.
  • Continued evolution of our sub-brands including restaurants, bars and laundry.
  • Leading design and production requirements needed by the business, including but not limited to menus, points of sale, exhibition graphics, advertising and marketing.

Desirable Skills (Not required but a plus):

  • Experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Multi-site experience.
