Lettings Negotiator / Senior / Associate
Location: Covent Garden
Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 6pm (1 in 3 Saturdays 10am – 4pm)
Competitive Salary: £18,000 – £22,000 basic, with additional earning potential through a lucrative commission scheme
Travel or Car Allowance: Depending on your role, enjoy either a travel allowance (£2,500 PA) or a car allowance (£5,000 PA)

Key Responsibilities
As a Lettings Negotiator, you will connect Landlords with Tenants, ensuring a seamless experience for both.

- Registering interest and arranging viewings: Connecting potential tenants with suitable properties
- Providing First-Class Customer Service: Exceeding expectations for Landlords and applicants
