Freelance Site Manager – Groundworks | Exeter | 8 Weeks We’re on the lookout for a hands-on Site Manager to oversee a £1m groundworks package on a modular build project based in Exeter. This is an 8-week freelance assignment working with an experienced contractor on a fast-paced programme. The Role You’ll be leading from the front—coordinating teams, liaising with subcontractors, and keeping boots on the ground. This isn’t a role for clipboard managers—you’ll be expected to get stuck in, drive progress on-site, and ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to spec.
