We are currently looking for a SHE Manager. This exciting role, operating on multiple sites in the M4 corridor area of England will be instrumental in creating a culture of safety and delivering projects on time without incident, for a company with a HV infrastructure background which currently have large scale HV / Substation / Civils projects. What you bring to the role: Be a CMIOSH, or working towards it and currently Grad IOSH. Formal training – NEBOSH/IOSH/IEMA or CIEH. Previous experience of working on site is essential. Exposure of BS EN ISO 9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001. Have attended a CITB SMSTS course within the last five years would be beneficial. Being an Appointed Person or Temporary Works Coordinator would be beneficial. Experience of working under CDM environments. Previous experience of working as a Principal Contractor. Hold the necessary CSCS card for site operation work. Experience of performing SHE audits to confirm compliance. Excellent understanding of current SHE laws and legislation. Experience of working with a SHE management system. Demonstrate a proactive approach to managing SHE with a willingness to lead and learn.
