Job Description
We have an exciting PA opportunity to support a charismatic and dynamic entrepreneur across multiple start up but already high growth businesses, within the health tech, education, marketing and media sectors.

You will be working closely with and reporting into a Senior EA who is moving up into an Operations/Chief of Staff type role, taking on a large proportion of her current PA duties.

Key responsibilities for this PA role will include: General admin support and drafting correspondence, diary and inbox management, meeting scheduling, travel arrangement including itinerary production, assisting with presentations, minutes and action points, record keeping and events, ordering office supplies, acting as a point of contact for general team requests and providing some private support to the Principal.

The role would suit a flexible and adaptable PA with previous business and private support experience who is comfortable working in a super fast paced start up type environment, supporting across multiple businesses and juggling multiple priorities.
