Job Description
Admin Assistant
Length: 8 weeks
Rate: £15 per hour via umbrella company
Location: Waterside, London (3 days per week onsite)
Key Responsibilities:
Data Entry & Management
- Accurately input and update financial data on internal systems and databases.
- High attention to detail as consistency and correctness is key.
- Maintain digital tracker of invoices in partnership with commercial and financial teams.
Invoicing & Financial Administration
- Prepare, issue, and record invoices in a timely manner.
- Liaise with internal teams and depots to resolve discrepancies or queries.
- Assist with financial team to allow correct reporting.
Administrative Support
- Provide general administrative support to the team, including data validation and maintenance.
- Support internal reporting by compiling and formatting data for management.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
