A leading boutique private equity firm is looking for a number of Team Assistants to cover holiday within the PA team during July and August.
This is an on site role working in stunning offices, which involves a lot of diary management.
Duties:
– Diary management for a fast-paced team of investment directors
– Calendar and meeting management
– Gatekeeping, inbox management and phone support
– Client liaison, correspondence and lunch arrangements
– Full administrative support
Hours:
9am – 5.30pm with full handover day.
They are looking for someone to do other ad hoc work for them moving forward so this could suit a freelancer who wants to dip in from time to time.
