We\’re looking for someone who is not only switched-on and solutions-focused, but also proactive, discreet, and genuinely passionate about making an executive’s life run smoothly.

This role is in office every day.

In this role, you\’ll be:

  • Acting as a true gatekeeper and ambassador for the CFO
  • Building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across the Executive Committee and Board, investors, bankers, and lawyers
  • Proactively managing a demanding and ever-changing diary
  • Monitoring and prioritising communications across multiple channels
  • Preparing insightful, polished materials including reports and presentations
  • Gathering and interpreting data to support high-level strategic decisions
  • Coordinating internal and external meetings, leadership offsites, and events
  • Taking ownership of special projects, from start to finish

  • Previous experience as an EA at C-suite level within a global, fast-paced environment
  • Top-tier organisational skills and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise
