Recruitment Manager/Divisional Manager

Salary: up to £55,000 + Commission + Leadership Bonus

We're working with a respected, purpose-driven recruitment business known for their specialism in the not-for-profit and charity sectors. They're now investing heavily in a brand-new housing division, and this is your chance to build it.

The Opportunity:

You'll be working closely with the Director to set up a new division focused on the housing sector.This is a rare opportunity to build a brand and team around you, with full support and autonomy to shape the desk and future hires.

  • Full billing autonomy with realistic targets

What You'll Need:

  • 3+ years' experience recruiting into the housing sector

  • A strong billing track record
