What You Will Be Doing
- Serve as the first point of contact for prospective and existing customers and intermediaries.
- Handle inbound calls and emails related to mortgage and savings products.
- Provide clear, accurate information in line with the Financial Conduct Authority’s 'information only’ regulations.
- Send product literature, application forms and illustrations to customers and third parties.
- Carry out general administrative duties to support the customer experience.
- Maintain knowledge of internal products and third-party offerings.
- Support other team members and provide cover where needed.

- Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.
