Job Description
- Sourcing and screening SAP professionals using platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, and referrals.
- Conducting candidate interviews (phone/video) to assess skills and suitability.
- Formatting CVs and preparing persuasive candidate profiles for client submission.
- Scheduling interviews and managing CRM data accurately.
- Supporting client communications and coordinating feedback.
- Building lasting relationships with candidates to create a reliable talent pipeline.
- Staying informed on market trends and sharing insights with the team.
- Developing skills in business development and account management through shadowing, training, and hands-on experience.
Ideal profile:
- Degree-level education, strong A-Levels, or a background in B2B/B2C sales or telesales.
