Motor Claims Team Leader – Fully Remote – £40,000 – £55,000 DOE
Robert Half are looking a Motor Claims Team Leader to join a rapidly growing business within their claims handling team.
The role will be 100% remote
Required experience
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in motor claims
- A background working in Liability Claims team or working within the Loss Adjusting/ Legal field managing Liability claims
- 5+ years of management experience with a preference for experience managing in a remote environment
Duties
- Manage the day to day operations of a team of motor adjusters managing a mix of accounts
- Looking after your own caseload and overseeing larger losses and contentious cases
- Implement and maintain best practices for claims handling
- Monitor and analyse claims data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for process improvement
- Serve as a resource for escalated claims
