We create amazing rapport with our schools and support all our staff with the onboarding process! The schools have many ambitions to achieve including a strong focus on creating a culture of success and positivity towards learning.
We are currently looking for a Teaching Assistant to deliver a day to day, short-term or long-term position in education. You will have the guaranteed opportunity to support pupils and help them thrive towards success. A successful Teaching Assistant will have:
SEND TA / SEND Teaching Assistant experience
Experience working within a Primary or Secondary Setting
A good understanding of Safeguarding and Child Protection
Excellent classroom management
Level 2 or 3 qualified and/or a minimum of 6 months experience in an educational establishment
Experience of supporting young people on a 1:1 basis (desirable)
Behavioural Management experience (desirable)
