About the Role
Are you an experienced transformation consultant ready to lead strategic digital change? We’re seeking a Business Transformation Analyst / Strategy Associate with 4–6 years' experience in digital transformation, technology consulting, or SaaS delivery (ideally ServiceNow or similar platforms). This is a unique opportunity to step into a high-impact, client-facing role , working with senior stakeholders to shape and deliver AI-enabled solutions and enterprise-wide transformation programmes.
You’ll play a key role in translating business challenges into digital solutions , helping organisations embrace modern operating models, leverage AI, and drive sustainable change. Whether it’s optimising workflows, introducing automation, or embedding new technologies, your insight will help guide clients through every stage of their transformation journey.
What You'll Do
- Strategic Analysis & Operating Model Design – Lead current-state assessments, identify improvement opportunities, and define future-state operating models.
- AI & Innovation Consulting – Explore the use of AI tools (e.g. Now Assist, Virtual Agent) and emerging tech to enhance efficiency and user experience.
- Agile Delivery Leadership – Work across delivery teams to plan sprints, prioritise features, and shape solution roadmaps.
- Stakeholder Engagement – Build trusted relationships with business and technical leaders, aligning project goals with strategic outcomes.
- Change Enablement – Champion adoption by supporting communications, training, and change activities.
- Performance Measurement – Define KPIs, track success metrics, and continuously refine the transformation strategy.
What We're Looking For
You’re a strong communicator with a consulting mindset, comfortable operating in dynamic client environments. You have a track record of shaping and delivering digital initiatives , ideally with a focus on AI adoption, workflow automation, or platform implementation. You’re also excited to bring structure, creativity, and thought leadership to complex transformation challenges.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 4–6 years of experience in transformation consulting, strategy, or digital delivery roles
- Proven experience supporting or leading enterprise transformation programmes
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms (ServiceNow strongly preferred), including exposure to tools like Now Assist or Virtual Agent
- Solid grasp of agile methodologies, product delivery cycles, and user story development
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to build compelling presentations and business cases
- Passion for emerging tech and its practical application in enterprise settings
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Certifications such as ITIL, Agile (Scrum), or Lean Six Sigma
- Experience in Big 4 or top-tier consulting environments is a plus
