The Role:
In line with the firm's strategic business plan, the firm is keen to appoint a corporate legal director or partner to join their busy M&A group in a ready-made, budgeted partner role. This opportunity would suit an existing corporate partner already practicing in a mid-market London or SE firm and/or someone with a recognized commercial firm background and plans to relocate to London. The firm would be particularly keen to speak to experienced corporate lawyers at Senior / Principal Associate or Legal Director level or equivalent who are looking for a first partnership opportunity.
You:
As an experienced corporate dealmaker, you'll bring proven technical skills including a solid track record of leading on significant M&A transactions. Experience in the real estate sector would be an advantage. You'll have demonstrable networking, marketing, and business development skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
This is a key long-term role offering a strong partnership platform, high levels of autonomy, client focus, and a well-defined support framework to facilitate a successful transition into a partnership position with the firm.
