Job Description Blayze Group are currently working with one of our clients who are a Tier 1 Residential Developer, seeking a Document Controller. You will be working on an upcoming RC frame Residential scheme in South West London. Overview of role Take charge of all document control and administrative duties for the Technical Department. Provide back-up to all Technical Managers on job running. Check and process Consultants and Contractors drawings and technical submissions. Issue drawings and information for construction purposes, using the correct protocols as instructed. Ensure enquiries and applications go to statutory service companies and local authorities Liaise with Architects, Engineers, and subcontractors for information. Assist the department in maintaining updated processes regarding Building Regulations and any other Statutory Bodies. Prepare conveyance plans. Prepare and check brochure plans. Internal liaison with Planning, Commercial, Construction and Sales. Prepare and monitor technical specifications.
