We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Investment Director to join our dynamic Infrastructure Equity team in London. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying, evaluating, and executing investment opportunities within the infrastructure sector. This position offers the chance to work on high-impact projects and contribute to the growth and success of our investment portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement investment strategies aligned with the firm's objectives.
- Lead the evaluation and due diligence processes for potential infrastructure equity investments.
- Negotiate and structure investment deals, ensuring optimal terms and conditions.
- Monitor and manage the performance of existing infrastructure investments.
- Provide strategic guidance to enhance the value of portfolio assets.
- Collaborate with asset management teams to ensure operational excellence and financial performance.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the infrastructure sector.
- Prepare and present investment proposals and recommendations to the investment committee.
