What You\’ll Do The Walt Disney Company and Epic Games are collaborating on an all-new games and entertainment universe. Epic Games is seeking an experienced Director of Engineering to join this team. This person should be a gaming industry veteran with strong hands-on experience to join our engineering team. As a part of the team, you will be representing and leading one of our main games engineering groups, helping it to grow, improve, plan, and prioritize work. Our ideal candidate is a passionate individual with experience working on AAA games with live services. Someone who is excited about pushing the limits of what’s possible through applying state-of-the-art technology and best engineering practices to build gameplay that will transform how games are made.
