Creative Specialist
Duration: 12-month contract
Location: Peterborough
Hourly Rate: £18.46 PAYE or £23.62 Umbrella
Working Arrangements: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote
Join a global team of 10 professionals, working across the UK, US, and China. This role requires flexibility to accommodate different time zones, depending on project needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the training team to produce 20-30 service training videos annually.
- Operate cameras, edit footage, and develop training materials for NPI readiness.
- Design, film, and enhance business-related videos using visual and audio elements.
- Create engaging graphics and animations to bring videos to life.
- Support internal training initiatives by producing high-quality video content tailored to business needs.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro for video editing.
- Experience in filming, editing, and designing video content.
- Strong graphic design skills, particularly for animated videos (preferred).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Presentation skills with the ability to deliver impactful visual content.
- This is a creative, business-oriented role focused on internal video production for training purposes.
- Prior experience with TV production is not required.
