As a Sales Executive you will benefit from our uncapped commission structure, with the majority of the Team earning over 6 figures!

• More localised appointments: we want to keep travel as low as possible.

• New hub created in Birmingham for more local support & meetings, meaning less travel for our team.

Everything here is built for the best Salespeople to earn the money that their talents deserve; your appointments are booked for you, you’ll have a high-end car with fuel card, and you’ll receive thorough initial training and comprehensive ongoing support.

You’ll be selling HiHi; A premium business telecom system to SMEs around the UK. The great news is, HiHi is unique to us, it has had millions of pounds of marketing investment, and is widely considered to be market-leading, giving you an advantage before you even walk in the door., * To attend all pre-booked and pre-qualified New Business appointments assigned to you in your diary.

• To complete company research prior to each appointment.

• This is a national field sales role, so the expectation is that you will be away from home during the working week. However, all hotels are pre booked and paid for by us with an additional £25 per night food allowance.

• Attending the office every Friday for the weekly Sales Meeting and group training.

• Outgoing and presentable with the ability to instantly build rapport.

• Experienced in direct or door-to-door sales.

• Down-to-earth, our customers don’t want to hear corporate jargon and neither do we.

• Target driven with a sense of ownership and pride in performance and its impact on the success of the company.

• Starting Salary: £40k safety net basic for the first 4 months. Earning commission from week 1 of selling.

• Uncapped Commission: Earn £60 – £80k or more.

• Training: 2-week sales training program followed by 1 week of shadowing
