Role Summary:
The Sprinkler System Sales/Estimator is responsible for generating new business and providing accurate cost estimates for sprinkler system projects. This role involves client interaction, preparing bids, and collaborating with the project team to ensure the successful execution of contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the market.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
2. Client Engagement:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Handle client inquiries and provide technical consultation on sprinkler systems.
- Conduct site visits to understand client needs and project requirements.
3. Estimation and Bid Preparation:
- Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for sprinkler system projects.
- Develop and submit competitive bids and proposals.
- Collaborate with the engineering and project management teams to ensure estimates meet technical specifications and client requirements.
4. Financial Analysis:
- Analyse project costs and profitability.
- Monitor and control project budgets to ensure financial performance aligns with company goals.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
5. Documentation and Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate records of estimates, bids, and project documentation.
- Ensure proper documentation and archiving of all sales and estimation activities.

40k-60k basic salary + benefits dependant on experience
Must be from a sprinkler background with Commercial installation experience as a minimum
Must have at least 5 years’ Experience.
LPCB certification a massive benefit.
Familiarity with BSEN12845 a must
BS9251, NFPA, FM, BS9990 etc a preference
