Role Summary and Impact
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director, Solutions Engineering to lead engineering practice and drive customer success through innovative, tailored technical solutions. This role is responsible for bridging the gap between our product and engineering teams by understanding customer needs, presenting technical solutions, and ensuring seamless implementation. The ideal candidate is a strong technical leader with a passion for delivering value to agency/clients while driving business growth.

What will you be doing:
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing Solutions Engineering team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and customer-centricity.
- Set clear goals and performance metrics for the team, providing regular feedback and coaching to drive excellence.
- Empower team members with ongoing training, technical certifications, and professional development opportunities.
- Design and present tailored solutions through technical demonstrations, proofs of concept (POCs), and presentations.
- Work closely with product management to provide engineering feedback and influence the roadmap based on market demands.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 10+ years of experience in solutions engineering, pre-sales, or technical consulting, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Strong technical background with expertise in [relevant technologies such as cloud computing, SaaS, APIs, DevOps, etc.].
- Proven ability to design and present technical solutions that address complex customer needs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience managing and growing a high-performing technical team, including hiring, mentoring, and performance management.
