Role Description:
This position is within Bank of America’s Healthcare Investment Banking team in London, which is among the top 3 healthcare investment banking teams in EMEA by market share. The team covers industry sub-verticals including Pharmaceuticals, Pharma Services, MedTech, and Services. As a Vice President, you will work directly with clients across these sectors, building relationships, providing strategic advice, and managing transactions in M&A, equity, and credit. The role involves developing deep client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor, serving as a crucial step in your banking career. We value a top-performing banker with strategic, financial, and social skills to help accelerate our business in EMEA Healthcare.
Responsibilities:
- Build relationships to generate deals and business opportunities.
- Execute clients’ mandates, particularly in M&A and IPOs.
- Coordinate between clients, advisors, and internal teams.
- Manage and develop junior team members (Analysts and Associates).
- Ensure activities comply with risk management standards.
- Attract, develop, and mentor junior talent.
